Mango-Rolls

Mango Rolls – Table ripe Philippine mangoes of the Carabao variety are processed to its puree form and baked in a slow-cooking process to capture its fragrant aroma and flavour. The finished product is then cut and formed into rolls and individually wrapped in metalized foil bags to retain its freshness. Depending on buyer’s specification, 5 to 8 foil bags are put inside paper foil pouches for added protection against heat and moisture. Shelf life is 12 months from production date.
